We are now able to accept credit card payments by phone only. In the VERY near future purchasing will be automated to accept your credit card and information, submitted in real time via the shopping cart feature on the merchandise page. In the interim please either call in your order or print this page (or copy/paste and print in Microsoft Word) and chisel your information in the space provided. Please print clearly and fill in all the information requested. A copy can be mailed, faxed, or scanned and sent as an email attachment. We will confirm acceptance of your order promptly.
